North Side Pie - Stuffed Deep DIshChicago Stuffed Pizzas – Cooking Time 45 minutes*

***PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING BEFORE ORDERING***

This is our original pizza. If you ordered a Deep Dish pizza from us in the first six months of us being in business, this is what you got.  We didn’t make any other kind. We only called it Deep Dish because we knew that people would associate the words Deep Dish with Chicago style pizza more so than Stuffed. Eventually we got so many requests to make a true Deep Dish pizza that I decided to go ahead and do it and call the pizzas what they actually were. Unfortunately, that has caused some confusion when people placed their orders, especially when they haven’t ordered from us in quite a while. If you want our “Original Deep Dish Pizza” you want to make sure that you say you want a STUFFED pizza now. We’ve been carrying both pizzas for over nine months now and while we try to make sure that you are getting the type of pizza that you want and explain the difference between the two, unfortunately sometimes we are simply too busy and have to take the order exactly as it is placed. They are two totally different types of pizza. They both taste great, but if you order a Deep Dish, and were expecting to get a Stuffed pizza, you will think that we changed our recipe altogether and might not be happy because you won’t get what you were expecting to. When ordering PLEASE make sure to state that you want a STUFFED pizza if you want what was originally called a Deep Dish.
